Your technicians need to learn how to configure and install ONT boxes, then when our ISP (Vox) technician comes to install the router says that the ONT box is not working we call the technician whom installed the ONT box then says, its not his problem and we must phone Vuma. Is that the level of service your staff delivers???? Absolutely shocking service. Thami was the technician.
