Shocking service and plenty of empty promises

This company is busy installing fibre in our area and we have experienced nothing but bad service from them. They are all promises when they are trying to get the numbers to go ahead with the implementation, but thereafter you will not hear from them. We have placed numerous calls to the field agents for feedback and they always promise to call back but they never do. And eventually when we call them again they just ignore your calls. Be aware of this people, they will promise exceptional service during their sales pitches but reality hits you hard in the face when you are unable to get hold of them
