Shocking Service

Absolutely shocking! I have been waiting a week for my WiFi in my new apartment to be activated. You guys have done nothing. I keep being told that a technician will contact me, but I never get contacted. My ISP has been escalating the matter, but nothing ever happens. If I worked for Vumatel and I knew that this was the customer experience I would be so embarrassed.
