Shocking service

I placed an order through MWEB and keep being advised that Vuma needs to create the premises on their side and it should take 48 hours. I placed my order on 22 September and am still waiting for the premises to be created. I have even provided the Erf number for the property. How hard can it be?!?!?!?!? No one from Vuma has contacted me to advise on any issues, I have to keep contacting them. Why does the customer have to chase the supplier to perform their service!!
