Shocking service

I know that there has been an upgrade to Vumatel Fibre in our area, Olympic Road, Blairgowrie, Randburg but the entire network seems to have taken a beating and the majority of the residents in my street have been without fibre now for over 10 days. I have phoned a number of times and been told a" hero" will call me back in 15 minutes it has now been 72 hours so that is certainly no hero. I am unable to work remotely and this is costing me personal data. So no "Hero" in my books. Service is shocking. Neighbour's have been hooked up to the wrong street address
