SHOCKING SERVICE

Ordered an installation on the 6th of January. First I get told they are instilling on Friday. Today! Phone to confirm yesterday: 1) oh yes I spoke to you earlier. We are doing the installation next Thursday. The woman assumed I was someone she spoke to earlier. We live on the same street. She didn't even ask for my name or number. 2) Same person tells me they have already done the installation. When I haven't even been at home. Then she tells me the line is active! 3) Then the tells.me they will be at my home today....after 2! 4) Today they pitch at 11:30....spend 5 minutes at my place and off the go. Telling me the "Other" team will be back shortly.

AND I AM STILL WAITING! HAD TO PUT IN A WEEKS LEAVE BECAUSE OF THE DELAY AND **** SERVICE AND I STILL DONT HAVE WIFI. Get your act together and your staff trained.!!!!

This is PATHETIC!!!
