Shocking Service

We have had a fibre line infrastructure installed in our complex, and out of 25 units, they purposefully chose my unit, to not allocate a line when the rest of the complex went live, The "Sales Team" Leon Jooste that was sent to us to explain the process to us, is utterly useless, and has even less concern for the PAYING clients, making **** promises to resolve your problem, and then never gets back to you, and the same can be said for the *********** office staff too. So, I can honestly say, rather choose another company for your fibre infrastructure. They are too lazy to actually do any work, and keep passing the blame to the ISP's. The sooner the ISP's remove themselves off Vumatel's list of ISP's the better it would be for their business, as clients are actually believing their lies and or incorrect information provided to them by Vumatel. They have absolutely no interest in assisting clients, which is evident on social media pages, and on complaint sites such as Hello Peter and alike. My only hope here cause we are stuck with this useless companies infrastructure, is that my issue EVENTUALLY gets resolved, and will have very little interaction with Vumatel, from then on, as my ISP is wonderful, efficient, and dependable. I have NEVER experienced such bad CUSTOMER service as I have from Vuma-tell lies, and this INCLUDES, dealing with TELKOM for 8 years.
