SHOCKING SERVICE
Vumatel service is absolutely SHOCKING. Had our installation guys arrive yesterday, our fiber line was installed incorrectly on our complex wall, and the installation was not completed. The guys that did our installation said the installation guys would be back this morning (which they werent!) & that wifi would be running after 8 hours! yet it is still not up and running. No one can even tell me the progress on the installation other that it is in progress!!!! Phoned the call centre and installations has a FIVE WORKING DAY turnaround. Another week without WiFi. There is not even a phone number to phone for installations. Useless customer service.
