Shocking service

Such shocking service from this company. They are worse than any government department. I've been trying for over a month to get Vumatel to install and activate wifi in my home. They don't respond to emails or calls. They don't arrive when they say they will. They keep you waiting for hours on the phone listening to music and then tell you they can't assist or they will phone you back, which they never do. Please up your game Vumatel!
