Shocking lack of service

Absolutely USELESS company. We have been without internet for 10 + days and have had zero feedback from Vumatel. I have countless ref numbers but everytime I call no one can give me an answer as to what the problem is. Absolutely shocking service. If I could rate in the minus I would
