Shocking installation experience and damage of property

What a ***** company Vumatel is! Out tenants asked them for fibre installation on our premises where Vumatel already had installed our own fibre line years ago. They saw it fit to damage our property with laying new conduits drilling into doors and laying conduits open over stairs etc..instead of using their own existing conduit. After weeks of complaining with no answers we finally got the Cape Town manager Devin Jay out to our premises who also couldnt believe the shoddy installation by a sub contractor, appointed by Vumatel. Devin promised me personally that everything will be removed and installed again, this time under the eyes of Vumatel. Again, a sub contractor came, removed the conduits but not the damage done and- believe it or not - put a new conduit in again straight across the our garden and digging up the grass and again not using the existing conduits as discussed. And of course, unnecessary to say, nobody from Vumatel was present to prevent this , as promised by Devin! So the sub contractor could do as stupidly they pleased. So even the manager Devin Jay was obviously lying into my face personally. We now mailed Devin many times claiming for the damage the sub contractor has done to be repaired, but of course, no answer... If you can, stay away from these ****** who call themselves Vumatel, they don't give a damn about their clients, a typical, tragic example of becoming too big too fast, too little staff to maximise profit, which is exactly why the outsource all the time. Fortunately you have a choice, stay away from Vumatel!
