Shocking customer service - damaged property!

Firstly, Vumatel your contractor damages my newly painted walls by drilling into a water pipe when installing their router. It takes weeks for someone to fix my walls and till date my walls have damp on them and they have different color patches painted on them where they tried to "fix" them.

I have logged multiple cases with Vuma and VOX who is the service provider, but no one has resolved this issue in over a month. Your customer services is shocking as always!
