SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Shocking customer service! Or Lack Thereof I should Say!!!!

Our internet has been down for more than a week, first we thought that it was an outage in our area as previous times. We realized on Tuesday the 2nd ours is an isolated incident and we logged a call. We received comms that the issue will be attended to in 72 hours...After many follow ups and no feedback we are still waiting for the issue to be resolved!

Needless to say, this is frustrating as it impacts our day to day lives... Unable to work, cannot stream to watch tv etc.

Vumatel please step up to the plate! Your monthly debit fee was deducted and we are paying for a service which is not working....
