Shocking customer service
Absolutely the worst service in the business, have placed an order on the 19th June 2018 and still battling to get an appointment for an installation. Was sent an email instructing me to log onto their system to book the date - surprise surprise that link did not even work!!
First the order number was loaded incorrectly and then try and get an operator to phone you back - will never happen.
Phone the call centre - they cannot help either.
