Shocking communications with Vumatel

Contacting Vumatel has been a ghastly experience. I have been speaking to staff since December 2019, before lockdown, to do something about their junction box which is in front on my house. The Vuma box is rusting away and is a total eyesore. I have pictures which I tried to send to the cell number on their site, but this number does not exist! I followed up in March and June this year and sent an e-mail to *** who promised faithfully to confirm our discussions in writing and have a member of Vumatel come round to see the problem. To date I have not had any contact from Vumatel whatsoever. Shows they take no pride in their equipment/maintenance and I would never choose them as a supplier after this experience.
