Shocking and aweful experience

The processes of this company are shocking. Continuously telling me different stories with regards to the installation. 3 weeks have gone by and they are still telling me that they can’t pick my order up. How hard can it be to become a customer?!

Thought it would be better than the rest but actually turns out to be just as shocking. How can a communications company not comminicate with it’s clients?
