Shocking

Would give zero stars. After waiting nearly a lifetime to get installed. They finally installed my fibre line today. Which was all going fine. However the gentlemen who came to install the fibre stole my wallet on the way out of the job and withdrew 2300 rand from my bank account. Trying to lodge a complaint with Vumatel to try and get the details of the gentlemen who installed the fibre but they have been unable to help me so far. It's gone from bad to worse with this company. I know you will say it may not have been the gentlemen in question but vumatel are the only people who have come into the house and I have not left the house the whole day and neither have my roommates. Also we have had no one else come into the house.
