Shocking
Vumatel have a known system problem for over 2 weeks, where ISP cannot provision lines, yet they don't have any idea on resolution date, no standby sales support over weekends, in this day and age to not have standby support is ridiculous. Customer Service ain't a priority, as long as they have the money in the bank.
