Shocker
Shocker A very difficult and frustrating experience dealing with Vumatel. Seems like they have no idea what is going on with their internal operations or customers. I have had to repeatedly call them and get promised to be called back yet I have not been called once. This has now happened 5 times. The installers came to install the line a few days ago and they had no clue where the splitter was, this wasted 2 hours of my time. Really disappointing all round experience!
