************, *********, shameful service!!! Avoid at all cost
Vumatel is an ************ and an ********* service provider. Avoid them if possible at all cost. It's a company that you can't even get hold of. Am unsure how can businesses like these can thrive in 21st century with absolutely no service delivery whatsoever. You cannot even find their contact numbers on the website. They came and put the fibre connection at our complex and I find it very difficult to get hold of them. We are without fibre for the last two days, no update nothing about when this issue would be fixed. Where is South African Consumer Protection in all this? When it comes to debit the money, they line up with no shame to collect the full amount of money. What an *********, ************, shameful service. Pathetic!!!!

Have you ever heard of redundancy? Do you have just a single back bone and from what it seems like if that breaks due to whatsoever the reason may be, everybody in the network is stuffed.
For all who read this comment, PLEASE AVOID VUMATEL AT ALL COST. THEY ARE A PROBLEM AND YEAH, YOU CAN NEVER GET HOLD OF THEM. THEY EXIST IN THIN AIR AND IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEM GO FIGURE YOURSELF.
