Shame on Vumatel

Vumatel disconnects me on a Friday after years of dealing with them for no reason and without notification.

Funds have been in my ac but for some unknown reason I had to do a manual payment only to be told that I'm now treated as a new client.

Friday was a public holiday. It seems that they are closed on a Sat afternoon. It's possible that they do not work on a Sunday. So hopefully I can be connected on Monday. ISP Afrihost has bent over backwards to assist. Vumatel is the pits.. I would still like to know why I was disconnected without notification and how did I err. Shame on Vumatel.. SHAME FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU TREATED ME!!!
