Sh** service Vuma and aftihost
How can a internet provider not work on a weekend between afrihost and vuma im not sure who is worst its been 5 days since my money was taken for a internet service im not getting i now have to put my life in danger to travel at 2am go to different gang areas in cape town use work transport as i dont know whats worst me a female driving alone at 2am or using transport as i have to go into office to work all cos vuma and aftihost cant fix a problem they caused what a joke i was 1st told wait 72 hours when i advised its been 72hours now told 48 hours what a waste of time

06 Dec 2022, 03:04So if u guys are so adamant that my issue was resolved and im saying its not u are u not sending a technician to check so that u can be sure instead i have to resort to hello peter aftihost send someone to come check i have to work but u guys dont care that my internet is not meeting all the requirements of a full service as long as u got ur money **** the customer right great that u not even half willing to send someone to come check
