Severe letdown

I ordered a migration of services providers almost 2 months ago. Today my previous provider released my line, and I dont have internet. Vumatel now tells me that they need to come to my house to provision my line, and I must wait up to 72 hours. You have had over a thousand hours to come to me already, why do you wait until I dont have any internet and then I have to contact you for you to do your job??
