SERVICE SUCKS

I dont have internet connection for 4 days now. Vumatel technicians say that their environmental team will come out the next day as the problem is the black box outside my property. 3 days later, they cant tell me when they will come out to fix the problem. i work from home and i must hotspot from my data, so that i can work. Really now!!! Service is pathetic!!!!!
