Service not rendered

I'm so frustrated by vuma, my wifi has not been working for for 1 full week and I'm pay for a service rendered. When you contact them they tell you that they don't work on weekends. This is so unacceptable coming from a such big company that is being supported by mainly African people. When we start moving to white business is like we don't support our own people. Your services is pathetic and I expect this to sorted or refund me my money back.
