Service? NO SERVICE

My internet has been down for THREE weeks despite an SMS I received from Vumatel advising that the problem was resolved. My home security is vulnerable as a result. The original ticket was closed without the problem fixed. I defy anyone to actually make contact with Vumatel despite urgency and lack of delivery
