Service is very poor

Vumatel needs 0 rating I was down since last week, despite several follow ups no one has been sent to fix my line and when I request a cancelation I am told they can't do that till my line is back up. I wouldn't recommend Vumatel to anyone.

Since I have been waiting from last week for the technician to fix my line despite several follow ups, I will be forced to reverse the debit order and then you can now make follow ups with me for payment
