service is disgusting

I signed up with Afrihost and chose Vumatel as my fibre provider 17 days ago. I have been waiting for 17 days for a product that should have been delivered in 3 days. After begging I finally got my device from Afrihost that was short a part, so they say you must call in. You move from caller 2 to 3 them to 6. I have sent emails to find out what is going on with no response. I have enquired about Vumatel who was meant to call me within a week from the 1st. Vumatel still has not called and neither has Afrihost. It is appalling service and it is a lie when they state that they offer support. They don't answer calls, live chat is always offline and once you get that automated response from their service desk via email, that's where the service ends.
