Service is careless and inadequate
The service is absolutely pathetic. The landline that customers are suppose to use doens't work. They don't care about customer service at all. How on earth are you running a business like this? I have been trying to get hold of them since Friday evening and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed that people still have to struggle like this for a service we pay for.

26 May 2021, 20:05I don't have an ISP ticket number as Supersonic informed me they would ask Vuma to phone me on Tuesday evening (25th May 2021) after 8 as I informed them I am working till 8 at night and can't be home to check which lights on my router is on.
I am still waiting for someone to call me back. Supersonic can't tell me anything as they say I have to get it sorted by Vuma. What am I suppose to do? This whole experience have been very frustrating to me.
