**** SERVICE FROM COOL IDEAS AND VUMATEL

i was a 40Mbps Line i had no problems when i upgraded to 100Mbps Line i have endless problems my libe is slow everything buffers and this has been going on for 2months now they dont call me at all i am been sending emails almost everyday and cools ideas who is my ISP just keep saying waiting on feeback from Vumatel this **** they been keeping me on a line for 2 months and is not able to sort out this problem. Its so bad it buffers on youtube and when i reboot my system it takes 4 mins before the internet works or opens any pages i get kicked of my gaming services i cant connect and they dont care about the customer at all.
