I wish I could give 0 stars for the services I'm receiving from Vumatel. I haven't had internet from the 3rd till date as I moved homes and they are unable to just deliver a simple ONT power cable since Monday but I keep on calling and each and every time I call I'm being told to wait for 24 - 48 hours to have the issue resolved as it has been escalated... 4 days later the issue is still not resolved and I should wait another 24-48 hours to get it resolved whereas I've waited double 48 hours already.

I mean how long can it take to get a simple ONT power cable delivered... I regret going to vumatel and would most definitely not recommend it to anyone .. might as well look for a different service provider.

Sadly I'm debited and haven't had internet for the past 9 days whereas are not given 48 hours to get resolved but rather they would cancel the services.
