Service

I have been with mweb for years and i now want to change to to wondernet which offers free installation and all. Suddenly i get email with vumatel that they can only install this end of May. I dont get the logic behind because i served my notice with mweb i paid them full amount for May, why should i wait for vumatel I didn’t have any contract with them and besides where im moving its free installation. This is ridiculous
