I'm struggling for almost 2 weeks now with what I call wifi loadshedding. My wifi does not work during the ours of 18:00 and 08:00 each day. If a technician came out they stated they can't assist as the line is on during the day. They blew the connection point out with air and stated it is fixed. If the problem presist i must call again. I reached Vox Saturday morning stating they will have to come and fix the whole installation, till now I have not received any call or support from Vuma. VOX IS ALSO STRUGGLING WITH THEM!! I ASKED FOR URGENT SERVICE BEFORE TODAY AND RECEIVED NO SUPPORT. I HAD TO CALL THEM AND THEY DROP THE CALL AFTER 10 MINOF HOL**** ON.
