we app**** for fibre and your technicians came and install fibre and left without checking if everything is working correctly and we logged a complain to say installation was done but that little black box is malfunctioning and you guys promised to see to the problem so it can be resolved, what you did you sent out 2 amateurs and they did nothing and now I'm reporting for the 3rd time you sending me from pillar to post WHAT BULL**** is that? and you expect 5 stars for such ******* amateur services

27 Nov 2023, 09:57I'm truly disappointed with vumatel, I have been complaining about your giga ppint that is not working and nobody has called to assist, I like I said the first they came to install fibre they sent 2 amateurs who did nothing and just left, I cant use internet the way I should because it is very very slow but at the end of tje you will be expecting your full payment, whereas you are not doing proper job and not delivering services. this is bull**** if you cant fix please come remove your **** from my house

30 Nov 2023, 09:45Iyhooo vumatel has really dealt with me for ober 8 weeks their service is the worst in their industry and I will encourage people of Mzansi not to have anything to do with it, I have been reporting the problem with their fibre it had not been working ever since it was installed by 2 amateurs boys and call centre consultants are the worst hightmare it seems like none of them knows the job their service is utter BULL****, 4 days ago I was given ticket number but still the problem has not been resolved VUMATEL you are DUMPSTER service
