Service at its worst

Being in the service industry, I'm absolutely shocked and disgusted with the service we receiving from Vumatel and Vox Telecom as the 2 service providers are pointing fingers at each other. We installed a fibre line during the lockdown as desperation our kids needed to do online learning. My husband advised the agent that we will be moving to another property after lockdown and we were told that they will move the line at no extra cost. A week before we moved an email was sent out to advise that we will be moving with the new address and if they could assist with moving the device and reconnecting the line. It's over a month we still battling, we were now told to pay a cancellation fee of 1000 which was still not an issue. The issue is that it's taking them over a month to reconnect us I'm paying over 1000 rand in data. I should have looked at all the reviews before taking up this contract it's just hassles all the way
