**** service andvery unhappy client

Good day..I would like to complain about the horrible service I'm getting from Vumatel.

it's been 5 days now that if been struggling to get my wifi on. my service was suspended due to non payment but there was funds in my account so I made contact with the sales department of Webafrica and they advised me to speak to Vumatel's people via what's app.i have been speaking to the people since Thursday asking them to deduct the funds to have my wifi service restored.

I was told that these is a problem with the payment service and they working on it I ask the person I spoke to if I can make payment via a different payment option and I was told NO there is no other way but I see on my banking app there is an option via Easy Pay to make payment to Vumatel.i told the person that and I asked to speak to a manager and I was told the manager is off today.

I'm unable to work due to my wi-fi being off it's been 5 days now and I was told by 3 people a different story everytime it's upsetting that I can not phone to speak to a manager or stand in manager.

Can anyone from Vumatel please tell me how long does it take to remove a suspended service notice from my account in order for me to make payment and have my service back again.

what is the contact details of your support division and management and please don't mention to me you can speak to one of our people via the whats app chat because they can't give me any answers and they are unable to assist with my enquiry.

I spoke to Xolelwa M, Siseko M, Neo M and Ngcebo Zulu not one of the consultants could assist me and they all told me that the manager is unavailable.. Please tell how can the manager be unavailable and please also note i have all the chats still on whats app the last consultant told me by end of today so I asked COB what do you mean and no I still didn't get an answer and no my service is still not active and still I'm unable to make payment.

please advise what should I do now to get the attention of someone in a management roll to give me call coz I don't feel like chatting on whats app anymore really you will never know how bad the whats app service is for Vumatel.
