Service and repair is beyond useless.

Shocking service. Trying to get them to fix my internet fibre has been most frustrating. At the house in the morning to fix the problem. Left and still without internet. Phoned numerous times with dropped calls and no response. Nobody can give me an answer as to what, when and where, speaking over you while to are giving your history over and over. ISP, RSA Web are just as incapable of sorting it out. I am totally helpless for more than a week now.
