I don't even think they worthy of one star. I have been struggling to get through to vumatel to get my.line activated I was just on hold for 35mins just to be prompted to a voice-mail answering machine does anyone work there or do you just choose to ignore an waste peoples time..I am trying to get someone to come out to my property 11 Krokodil Close Eastridge Mitchell's plain. I bought a voucher on the 14th of May Clinton from Vumatel place the order I received the confirmation must nothing since instead cool ideas blames vumatel Vumatel blames Cool Ideas. But nothing is happening my contact number is *** if someone maybe one day wants to contact me.

22 May 2024, 07:53My issue has still not been resolved can Vumatel send someone to my premises the activation never happened just the red Los light was flashing no sms with activation code nothing . Contact me on *** Asheeq said he was going to send it through but nothing niks.. useless really I won't even bother trying to call your call centre cause no one can help or even answer the fone .
