Extremely bad service, we woke up to no internet this morning and as customers we were not informed of the scheduled maintenance or whatever nonsense they are busy with. I work from home and waking up to a flushing lite and no prior or form of communication is total disrespect to the customer. They have officially lost 2 customers as I also pay for my Dad.
