To date I have not heard or seen a vumatel technician. I bought my voucher for a new installation on the 8th of May today is the 25th disgusting service delivery. The other complainers take note they will they attending to your complaint and ignore or blame or isp like they did to me. VUMA MUST FALL. We need a different service provider. I even tried canceling they can't even do that rite
