Second hellopeter review: Promised escalation and feedback never happened.

As noted, after Britelink was here on 26 Oct to install the fibre line, multiple calls have been made to Vumatel (since Britelink passes the buck to them) who then proceed to make promises and do nothing, going to far as to reply to hellopeter reviews to make it look like something is being done, while clearly it's not.

Truly awful service.
