So on the 3rd of January 2023 i paid for hypa service then some lady called on the 4th to check if I'm available or not then the guy came on the 5th of January and he told me to dig the cement on my own because it's not their own problem so the guy left and said he will come back when I'm done i should call him then when i called him he said he will come at his own time and i laid a complaint here on hellopeter then i got a message privately and they said they will fix this matter

Today it's the 16th of January 2023 no has came to install the fibre and i .

Will they be to install or not? Now I'm busy buying data while i paid for fibre and I'm busy buying data everyday hoping they will come and install.

May i please get my refund.
