**** ISP!!!!!

I can not believe how hard it is to get fibre with Vumatel, I tried placing an order but was told there is a pending order with "SOLOSTAR" who the hack is that?

We never even gave those people our details when they were advertising, but now we find ourselves in a fix cause of them, they have no contact number nor proper email, are these the people you really contracted and trusted with your reputation Vumatel? I am beyond appalled!!!!!!!!!

All I need is FIBRE, I can not believe I am unable to get it, this is your chance to regain your reputation Vuma as these are your people, apparently....all we want is some assistance to resolve this mess that your trusted ISP caused!!!!!!!!!

Get us fibre please, cause we did not sign up with any ISP, but we are held hostage in this mess.
