SADV(Vumatel) ****ty service

I haven't had Internet since 4 pm yesterday and I pay for this service I logged tickets to get assistances but nobody has gotten back to me I still don't have connection and I am a work from home employee this is unacceptable as this would be the second day where I am absent from work because of your damn internet outage I want this fixed Now!!!
