vumatel is not responding to our whatsup even if we looking for help , you will wait two hours before they respond to your whatsup . i ended it up falling to a **** from vumatel , i paid the amount of R420 for reconnection and only to find that its a **** . my money is gone but if they could have answered my whatsup i dont think i would have paid the ****mers
