SADV Under VUMATEL

I signed up for a fibre service through SADV which is under Vumatel and I’ve waited 48 hours for them to activate my fibre line but still there is no internet and the LOS light is flashing red. I’ve made several attempts to reach them and the 5th agent to communicate with me said there has no escalation regarding my issue meanwhile the previous 4 agents said it will be escalated including SADV supervisor Mxolisi that I communicated with as well.
