SADV and Vumatel is useless

What a useless company SADV and Vumatel are. I have paid for my fibre subscription service and spoken to an agent for installation today. did their technicians arrive. No they didn't and now I am on a call or rather have been holding for the past 20 mins with a guy called Thabang. He now tells me that he is going to check if my number is a contactable number yet when Gloria called me to confirm installation for today,it was contactable. SADV and Vumatel are kids cages.

On Monday I spoke to Gloria who promised that technicians would be here to do an installation but nothing.
