Sadly Vuma monopolized our area and fibre is ruined

Its been years with different ISPs and stuggling with the monopolized internet provider Vumatel to find a proper provider. Why does your network dip any time past 7pm? Why are there constant repairs needed to fix which take up to 2 hours to resolve?

Our network in our area is PERFECT during the day. But as soon as you would like to relax after 8 Vuma is there to ruin your day.

Is this a government owned enterprize? Because wow. I am at a loss for words. Things are already bad in ZA. But you just add to it instead of making a difference.
