SADC Vumatel Seshego, Polokwane

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I won't even refer my enemy to Vumatel . I have downgraded my package and thought that they will just change it on their system but was informed that they will send someone to change router. No one came. Tried their online Self-service portal it worse because it just repeats the same same thing. I called them but got different consultants, explaining again. . Tired and frustrated of explaining one thing every time. I lodged a complaint through an email but no response. Is this the way SADC Vumatel wishes to conduct business with valued customers?
