Sad and disgusted

They suck at their service, I feel sorry for Webafrica for taking Vumatels non experienced services. I'm still waiting for my refund which I logged it with webafrica, but Vumatel is taking their own time. I paid last month on the 5th of January for Wi-Fi installation till now they never came. I logged a refund on the 1st of February was told to wait for 10 working days. When I speak to an agent from webafrica Mmabatho, she said Vumatel only send the request for refund yesterday and I must wait for another 10 working days. It's depressing, I needed the Wi-Fi for my children. Now I have to explain to them why am I still waiting for the Wi-Fi. Jesus Christ!
